Here at Red Oak, we ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours after confirmation.We advise you to confirm your delivery address before finalizing your order to avoid any risk of non-delivery or delays.Delivery is considered complete upon signing the receipt at the agreed address.
Shipping Costs
• Up to 4 kg = €8,50
• Between 5.01 kg and 15 kg = €14
For orders over 15 kg, an additional shipping fee may apply (for more information, contact geral@redoak.pt or +351 253816772)
Delivery Times
• EUROPE: 1 to 3 business days
• OUTSIDE EU ZONE: 3 to 20 business days
